Gwyneth Paltrow sex blog

Gwyneth Paltrow surprised this morning by posting an entry on her blog dedicated to anal sex. It recommends the book of the expert Paul Joannides, ‘Guide to getting on’, not published in Spanish and whose title would come to say something like ‘The guide to get to it’, and especially those references that during the same are made to Anal sex theme. In the introduction, presumably written by herself, the actress reflects on the increasing ‘popularity’ of this sexual practice since in the 1980s she and her friends knew her with some disbelief, and now ‘appears in any medium, from porn To HBO.

It also includes a statistic of the American government which states that in 2008 the percentage of the heterosexual population that practiced it, with less or more regularity, varied around 30/40% depending on the area. The actress asks if almost ten years later the statistics will not have grown too much.

During the entry of the blog attached a small guide as a question and answer with Paul Joannides in which he treats the subject in a plain, understandable and sometimes even humorous way, but still offering useful advice on this practice as « Never to make him drunk or placed, or to stop when he feels a lot of pain “besides solving certain doubts as if it is possible to have an orgasm practicing anal sex or the transmission of diseases.

‘If anal turns you on, you are not alone’: Gwyneth Paltrow publishes a VERY intimate guide to the sex act on Goop, insisting it is ‘practically standard in the modern bedroom repertoire’

In the latest issue of her newsletter — The Sex Issue — the 44-year-old tackles orgasms, more sexy toys, casual sex, and porn.

She also includes a whole article about anal sex, in which she consults an expert to compile a comprehensive guide to the taboo sexual act.

‘First it was shocking, then it was having a cultural moment, now it’s practically standard in the modern bedroom repertoire — or so a quick scan of any media, from porn to HBO, will tell you,’ the mother-of-two begins her piece. ‘But the reality about anal is not, actually, that everyone’s doing it.’

Though it may not be quite as ubiquitous as the media makes it seem — she cites a CDC report stating that 30 to 40 per cent of heterosexual men and women have tried it — it certainly is becoming less taboo.

In the post, Gwyneth Paltrow not only reviews the statistics available to him in relation to this method, which is not exclusive to homosexual couples, but also has the collaboration of expert Paul Johannides, who helps the actress to establish guidelines On how to make this type of sexual experience healthy, comfortable and can avoid all possible risks.

Although Gwyneth Paltrow has always been very open on issues related to sex and does not usually have problems talking about her sex life, this time she only speaks from a purely informative point of view and gives no clue as to whether the Anal sex is a practice that she includes in her usual repertoire, although it is very clear that she knows all the tricks to control the situation.
